Teen Novel: Teens and young Adults?

what do you think would make a good teen novel story line. what do teens like to hear. What do you like to reads about. What hold your intrest?

Also do you think its confusing to have a double point of view in a book.

Teen Novel: Teens and young Adults?
I'm fourteen, %26amp; a very fluent reader of young adult fiction.

I like a wide range of books, but books that carry everything I want absolutely amaze me.

Heres my idea of the perfect book.

A first-person P.O.V. from a teen girl. There would be some kind of overall plot, something secretive that slowly progresses. I would want an adventure for her, but suspense. I want to NEED to keep reading because I'd die if I didn't know what happened next !

Let's face it, we all want love. But never easy love. Some reason it just never seems to work, but they try so hard.

Action. Lots of exciting, thrilling action, but still with that girl touch that aims toward a female audience.

I am an aspiring writer %26amp; would love to share some ideas with you. Feel free to message me (:
Reply:i am 14 and i like stuff with drama, suspense, mystery, chick-lit kinda stuff, cliques, etc. stuff that happens in everyday life.

and i prefer just one POV because its more organized and easier to follow the story. like i read sisterhood of traveling pants and i got kinda confused at some parts.
Reply:HI JORDIE!!!! uhh lets get dis book started....a romantic thriller like twilight is gud.....sry i had to pee.....and would a disobiediant teen wit ALOT of baggage be a good main char? or are u pplz tired of the surreal and want normal.....ommigawd wat about if we add a supernatural twist...scary or good?
Reply:I do not think it is confusing to have a double point of view. I like mystery, romance, and books with lots of action. I hope my input helped!
Reply:Have you ever read a cherub book? well if not, read one of those, and then see.... by the way, you may have a fit and call it inappropriate for younger readers, which it does warn about on the back.
Reply:I love all of Meg Cabot and Sophie Kinsella's books. I am in the process of reading Emily Giffins books now. They are really great authors.
Reply:if the book would be directed to girls, either a mystery or a love story
