Mainly for teens! What have you done?..?

well i'll explain a little more: What exactly is everyone doing these days? You hear about things you shouldn't do and things people do but what have you really done as a teen? Eg. underage drinking? smoking?..ever ran away?.. things that your not supposed to do you know?.This question is not only for teens but anyone else that wants to share their teen experiences on this question=)..


I've just wondered if everyone else has done things as a teen they shouldn't ! lol..thanks

Mainly for teens! What have you done?..?
Okay - I do NOT condone this, and would be horrified if my daughter were to do so however, I did everything in my 15th year. I got drunk the first time (and many after), I tried my first illegal drug (and last), I started smoking cigarettes and I had sex (thankfully he turned out to be my husband and now together 17 years). I also started lying to my parents about where I was so I could go out to parties all night. This was in 1990 and though not far from my memory, probably seems like the dark ages to current teens.





That's honesty for you. As much as it felt right at the time to do all of those things, I was way too young and would definately encourage my daughter to wait to have sex, to wait to drink (socially only) until she was legal and I would strongly encourage her away from drugs or smoking.





I don't think you will find many teens who haven't atleast done one thing they shouldn't have. The trick is to try to avoid these things because being a teenager should be fun and stress free, not filled with sex, drugs etc. There is plenty of time for that when older. (not trying to preach).

what is everybody else doing?well i have friends who drink and smoke(i dont think they do drugs)but i dont do that stuff.

I don't beleive that Jesus died so he could take away all my sins.


It would be cool if he did.

The worst thing I done was get a 56% on a test.


Call me a goody-goody.


But atleast my future is looking bright.

I know I hurt my parents but they have forgiven me..


Got legally married at 16 and now at 17 pregnant with baby # 1!


I sometimes regret it cuz I hurt my parents ALOT

but then I dont cuz I am very happy!


That's all I have done.


I've NEVER tried drugs. alcohol. nothing.


lost virginity at 15. %26amp; only been with one guy.[my hubby]


I am proud of that.


I hate it when girls go sleeping around with millions of guys..
Reply:i have never smoked, drank, or run away. i've also never had sex, been in a fight, or taken drugs or done anything like that. so there.





i've also never even been on a date, had a boyfriend, or a first kiss. heck, i've never even had someone like me. that stuff however, i want to do. the above items i don't. see you CAN have a life without being stupid!





oh, and i even get along with my mom. not my dad so much, becuase he annoys the crap out of me, but yeah. at least i get along with half my parents.
Reply:well when i was a teen i didnt have a lot of time time to do those things b/c i had a child at 13 i guess thats somthing i shouldnt of done but i did and i dont regret it! and now im 26 and im havin the best life i could live im preggo with my 4th child and my daughter is preggo with my 1st grandchild . and im not strugling at all i have lots of money and a big 6,000 sguare foot house and a $40,000 car and $500,000 in the bank so i turned out pretty good for a teen mom i would say

I've never had sex and I'm not planning to in the near future


I do smoke,I've been smoking for about a year,but I dont smoke on regular basis


I've had some fights with my mom and we usually make up after an hour or so.


Never have run out of home


Never tryed drugs and not planning to do so cause I love my life and don't wanna kill my braincells


I do drink occasionaly (About 3-4 times a month)

4. Cussed but not very much


5. Stayed out really late


6. I am pregnant


7. Got kicked out


I am not proud of what I have done but it is now in the past and I have become a mature adult for my baby.

underage drank...still am cuz im 19


ran away once but my parents cryed so i felt bad


smoked yes when i was 14 and thought it was sooo cool


smoked pot a few times


done other drugs not ever proud to day that tho and go involved w/ bad ppl for a bit


had drugs in my parents house (pot) feel really bad for that


almost made a big mistake and had sex at 15 but didn't


cheated on a guy for another great one


got in alot of fights at school


skipped alot of votech to really sit around


wreck my dads truck in the snow at 17 (wasnt a bad thing but still feel really bad)





i am proud to say i never stole anything i my life





most of those things im not proud of tho that is why they are THINGS YOU AREN'T SUPPOTA DO!





i am now 19 almost 20 live on my own pay for everything on my own am going to be going to school full time in jan and working full time ( i live on my own by choice my parents didn't kick me out or anything im welcome home any time)

I've gotten drunk. . .and drink.( age limit is 17+ here)


I used to be a regular smoker and I've smoked ''nargilee'' and pipe-thing ;p.


Skipped school.


Lied to my parents about where I was so I could go clubbing.(age limit is 17+).


I've gone to another city without my parents knowing.


That's pretty much it. . . despite that I go to a top school which has a very high-reputation. ;p


The impotant thing is to learn from your mistakes and experiences e.g all the above. And have fun!


I forgot to mention : I've also pierced my lip. .. without parental consent.

Reply:No, I haven't done any of the things you' said. I'm not stupid. Doesn't anyone watch Dog the Bounty Hunter? Maybe that will make you think twice before you start drugs and smoking.
Reply:I was a very heavy drug user when I was in highschool. I probably smoked my own body weight in pot, I drank so much I'd black out and end up in the ER getting charcoal treatments and having my stomach pumped. I also went on a huge crack binge. I'm telling you I'm very ashamed of the things I did, I hurt a lot of people I care about and mostly I hurt myself. I destroyed my home life, lost great friends (non-users) and caused my family so much heart ache. Thank god my mom whipped my *** into shape and got me into rehab!!!! I'm much better now without all of that in my life, I hated the things I did, but it did make me who I am today and now I have a successful career, a loving husband, and I'm starting a family soon!
Reply:You hear about the things teens shouldn't do because teens are obviously doing it. For me I have never drank, smoke or ran away. First of all smoking and drinking are bad for the body. I especially need to take care of my body because i have a bad heart condition. As for running away, where would i run to? I have when i need at home so i think i will just stay at home until i graduate. I can honestly say the only thing thats frowned upon that i do is have sex, and i barely do that.

the worst thing i could do to my parents is dissapoint them and ive done it so mane times mostly by verbal attacks that i think its unfair for them to tolerate if i did anything illegal..
Reply:ive done 69 with my bf twice. lied to my parents. skipped class. ive never done drugs or drank alcohol. i am a christiand iknow im not perfect but i think cigarettes are nasty and makeyou stink. even though i dont always get along with my parents but i love them especially my dad. i havent had sex yet but im tempted to lik all the time.yeah.

Got completely off my face at 17


Smoked pot at 17


Ran away 3 times between 14 and 17


Left home at 17


Smoked at 17





So yeah, I was a late starter :p
Reply:i was i guess you could call a "good girl", i didnt do any of that stuff except that i talked back BAAAAD to my parents and never got along with them when i was a teen. But when i went to college, i did do the underage drinkin and partyin, but never did drugs! now im 24 and really dont do much of that anymore...lol but my brother whos 17~ dont think he smokes...we just have too much cancer and crap in our family for him to want to, but he drinks and parties, and sneaks outta tha house and lies sometimes about where hes goin, ect, but his grades are good and even though he's in high school, he's also in an EMT class at our local college..
Reply:yeaa.. the worst i've done is skip school and gone to a concert and lied about being one place but then being somewhere else. I drink beer, but my parents really dont mind. I dont have sex with my boyfriend and i said no to pot. I curse at my parents and talk back.... but w/e. I have never ran away because my parents would kick my asz!
Reply:Im 16 and I drink and smoke socially. but my parents dont mind about the drinking, most people do it these days.


and with the smoking - what they dont know cant hurt them. ;D

Reply:well I'm 18 and this is all the things that have happened so far and I'm going to tell you now that I'm NOT proud of these things and I dont recommend anyone going out to do them.





Well I lost my virginity when i was 14


I've ran away from home 5 times already


I've drank illegaly


I've done drugs ONCE


I always screamed at my mom so bad to where that the cops had to get involved


Ive tried to commit suicide because i was suffering from depression unknowingly


I got arrested for helping a runaway get to her destination.


I was kicked out of my house for my "attitude"


I broke back IN my house to get my CLOTHES in which my mom called the cops.


Me and one of my friends busted the back window out of a girls car because we didnt like her.


I've been in 5 fights some lost some won


and thats mostly it.... but like i said i'm NOT proud of these things and if i could... i would go back and make them right.
Reply:Well...Im 14, Ive drank, said i was going somewhere and went somewhere else actually i do that all the time, lost my virginity, hmm...drove around with other teens my age when my parents said not to.
