Teens-What do you like to read about?

I'm thinking about writing a story about teenagers. What I'm looking for is what other teens like me want to read about. I don't usually know what people like to read, so usually I'll end up writing this really weird story. So what are some things that you like to read about in a story about teens?

I'm not a teenager anymore, but my sister is 15 and she absolutely LOVES to read. Part of her Christmas present from me was 10 books. I know she likes Fantasy and Vampire stories, as well as troubling teens who get through their hardships and she likes the Chicken Soup books. Reply:I like dysfunctional stories but in a comedy. Perhaps you could write about a teenagers life living with a dysfunctional family, but in the end they learn to come together or something like that. Maybe you could write about teenager's friends and cliques and simply mimck some of the dumb stuff teenage girls have to go through. I don't know, have fun with it, and good luck!

Reply:I like to read about romance and make sure you add in some racy stuff othrwise it will be boring and no one will read it!
