My mom found out like two years after it happened (I first had sex a month before I turned 15), she asked me if I had sex yet (omg) and I told her, and she reacted exactly how I thought she would (which is why I didn't tell her) she FLIPPED OUT! My mom never really talked about sex with me besides saying "don't have sex" sometimes it was "don't have sex until your 35 (sometimes she said 40)"





My sister (who is 18 years older then me) got pregnant at 16. My mom started gripping me out (I only told her it was one time, which is a lie). She still thinks I haven't had sex with my fiance (who I've been with for 3 years, lived with for almost all of that time, known him for 6 years).





My dad...he knows (he is realistic) but we don't talk about it, he wasn't there much around me growing up so he didn't really deal with any of those issues.





I never did get pregnant, condoms only broke once. I ended up being with the guy I lost my virginity to for a year, had known him for three years before that.
Reply:I was 16 before I had sex, and then I felt like I wasn't ready and waited another year and a half before doing it again. After the first time I didnt tell my family, I didnt even tell most my friends. However, I did tell my mom that I was sleeping with the second guy after a few weeks. I definatly used condoms every time! I wasn't on birth control, because I didnt want to ever have the excuse in my head not to use a condom and risk getting an STD. I also made sure (since the first time) that all my partners and I went to go get tested before having sex teh first time. As for how my mom reacted, she was a little shocked, but she didnt scream or anything, her eyes just sorta got wide and said "Well is there anythign you need to know, are you being safe" and then she let it drop, seh knew that yelling at me wouldnt help.

I did not tell my parents, didn't the need to, although they have realised through conversation. I use a condom every time, but am not on birth control, through no fault of my own, I looked into using it before I became sexually active, but have been informed that I am unable to use hormonal contraceptive methods due to medical issues (if I do, they make me very ill). My parents accepted the fact that I was an adult, above the age of consent, using contraception and able to make my own choices. I imagine that were yours to find out, their response would be somewhat different, but as a result of your carelessness, rather than any reflection upon them.

my mom snooped through a notebook and found a note i'd written to a friend about it. blew everything out of the f*cking water and went bolistic. Dad was more upset and hurt than psycho. Grounded me for 4 months from talking to or seeing my boyfriend... we stayed together for 2 more years after that BS though. Hated my mom for years (i'm 22 now, was 16 when she found out)... we still don't get along, though it has gotten better.

Reply:I started when I was 11, and I was not ovulating then, but the boy always used a condom.


Later, at about 13 I went to the clinic and got my self put on the pill, but still used condoms.


I never got pregnant and have had sex with several guys but always keep a condom or two in my purse....


Even while a school I used to keep a condom or two in my school bag....

Reply:when i was 14 i started having sex... it was at school, and i was caught, so my parents found out... it ruined my reputation as the little baby in the family, distanced me from my parents, and caused me to act out all together... i didnt know much about sex at the time, but i knew enough to make them wear a condom.... i was not on birth control... when i look back on it, i always regret making that decision when i was 14, its too young to be having sex plain and simple

At first I used condoms 90% of the time , but eventually that percentage went down





I eventually got birth control pills but didnt stay on them very long as I am horrible at remembering to take pills lol





My sister found out cause she found a condom wrapper in my bf's jeans pocket (we were living with her and she does everyones laundry because she dosnt trust ppl with her washed and dryer lol) and she probably told my mom and they both just bugged me to get on birth control





so ya thats my story , but please don't follow in my footsteps, I was stupid to not use condoms and BC and was lucky to not have gotten pregnant but not all people are so


(btw yes I am pregnant now and I'm 18 but me and my husband wanted a baby so it wasnt really unplanned)
