Why do teens on the teen forum say to me(first time ever online space boards)..?

have said GTFO!


also been extremely obnoxious and rude....I know teens that can be sooo much sweeter than this..is this because I am the "older adult" and they hate this?





I asked a question or more..about talking to their parents...like what would they say if normally they can't talk to their parents...what would they ask them, or like to tell them etc.?





I only meant this in a nice way...I didn't go out to insult them...in fact I usually get along with teens..I think youthful thoughts..and I don't feel "Old" ever!(well, most of the time ,I feel fairly great, anyhow! LOL!) but, I don't think about being a "decrepit older person"! LOL! Really! I like what younger people like...a lot of the time...(not all, but, mostly)!

You have probably just had the bad luck to strike a bunch of trolls (internet pests).





Maybe try answering a few questions first, just so people can get used to seeing you about the place, and also it will give you an idea what the teens and others are talking about.





Then, if you want some variety, come on over and mingle with us oldies! We're not a bad bunch and lots of us are also young at heart :-)

Reply:your so nice! a lot of us teens, well not me cause i guess 18 is not really teen anymore... but teens like to be rude to adults because their "the man" and what not. they hate authority or adults trying to ivade their space. i wouldnt reccomend goin back on there because teens feel like that should be their own space, not older people's. Parents already rule most of their life, and they dont want them invading their internet life too.
