I gave up on the radio after I could predict what song comes next, and now, I discovered so many good bands. I love not loving the radio.

Not all teens are like that and everyone has the right to listen to whatever they want. It's a free country. Isn't it?

As for choosing music over fashion/grouping, if that means that lots of kids dress "scene" or "emo" to compliment their taste in music, I don't follow that either.
