TEENS Today?

why are many teens so sheep like?? such as buying trendy clothes,buying the latest technology, listening to music with no meaning(most). why do teens give into what big corporations want them to buy? am i the only one that notices this?

I myself am a teen-my comments:


I think you are right that most teenagers are way too much like sheep; but the bad ways aren't as you describe. I think there is way too much of a problem with sex and drugs-no one my age seems to have values anymore.
Reply:At that young age, teens still haven't found out who they are yet. They are very moldable and haven't found out that being different isn't a bad thing yet. They just want to fit in and get through those years thinking that being older will solver all of their problems.
Reply:no, your not the only one who notices. I do not think that all teens buy those things for their enjoyment, they buy the things and waste their money on it because other people have it.
Reply:Nope, but we just have the tendency to go with the flow. I just have my iPod, some metal music, and semi-formal clothing. I'd say I'm not giving in too much.

i donno why that happens but i dont really care
