What about Teens?

Why isn't their a show like American idol for teens who want to be in the Music industry.


or aMERICAN NEXT TOP MODEL FOR TEENS.I am just waiting for a like Teen idol to come or American next top teen model.When r they gonna make a show for teens.like 13 to 18


all those other shows you have to be 18

What about Teens?
Lol i think the same things sometimes, but the older people need it more I guess, cause they don't have much time to find themselves lol. Although it would be nice for teens to get some fame at a younger age. There really isn't enough teens in the Popular fame section of HOllywoood or whatever.
Reply:I'm pretty sure that you only have to be 16 to be on American Idol. I'm also pretty sure that there WAS a show for teens and preteens similar to American Idol. I don't remember what it was called... but I remember that it was cancelled after one season.

Reply:I know. Someone who makes one of those shows for teens would make BIG money. They even have shows for kids like that! Like the show Kid Nation and American Juniors!
Reply:because 13 to 18 year olds need to stay in school. sorry, its not going to ever happen. they are not going to hire on set tutors for thousands of kids(u are required to have a tutor by law). im 17, almost 18 :)
Reply:they did have junior american idol for a time...but im guessing it had low ratings because it was canceled after one season.


besides, there isnt really a 'top model' market for 14 year old kids, so....wait another 4 years til you can get on the show.

i guess that's how it works.
Reply:becuase think about it ....They get criticised a lot and sometimes teens are too emotional ..So i dont think they'd be able to deal with the pressure of getting turned down .
