xGOD BLESSx
Reply:I got pregnant at 18. It was my freshman year in college, and my aunt who raised me, was very strict. We wern't allowed to talk on the phone date, or anything. So when I went to college, I got buck. I started college in august and was pregnant in october. My boyfriend stayed, my aunt didn't want nothing to do with me. So his mother helped us out alot, and he quit school to work, and eventually I quit also to work. It's hard but if you have alot of support you can do it, it's not the end of the world. My daughter is now 3 yrs old, and me and her farther just got married. It was a struggle but we're making it just fine.

I'm returning to school this summer.
Reply:Well I don't know about taking care of a baby but Oct if the BEST month!!! I was born Oct 8th, that is SO cool. Good luck and hope your baby is healthy.
Reply:i got preg. at 16 had her at 17 and am now 18 with a 6 month old daughter and her dad left the second i told him i was preg. ....yes it is going to be hard and you will have to make some major sacrifices... i used to go out and party with my friends...go out to the movies and shopping all the time etc... and now really my life consists of going to school and coming home to her... luckily its my senior year...and i have amazing parents (my mom keeps her during the day) and they are definitely helping financially so that i have a better chance of graduating....but as soon as these 30 days of school are up i have a job waiting for me... i do take up some side jobs from time to time when the company needs the extra hand and i do that on weekends making $10 an hour....but trust me..with the right support and determination you can do it... you have a long hall ahead of you but congrats it is a miracle....
Reply:I'm 15 and 32 weeks pregnant with a girl.

It's going to be HARD. I've realized that.

I'm currently homeschooled and will be until my daughter is old enough for preschool.

My boyfriend is staying with me. He has a job and is still going to school. Dropping out is NOT an option for either of us.

Good luck!
Reply:My BFF! is due in june! She is 13
Reply:I'm 16 and I have a 7 week old daughter. Right now, I'm not juggling school and her, because I graduated a year and half early, so now I can be home with her. My daughter Lily's father has a good job, so for now, I'm going to be a stay at home mum for her. I don't know your situation, but congratulations on your child! Being a teen mum can be hard, but in the end, it's definitely worth it.
Reply:I did it backwards, because I did not have much of a support network, which i think is vital. I worked A LOT, juggled schedules with her dad so we were with her most of the time and not with a sitter (financial reasons), and didn't get my schooling completed until she was much older - we did homework together. It actually worked out for me, but I know that is a rarity. The key is having a good support network that can help you both physically and emotionaly so you can finish school and take care of your bundle of joy. I really feel I missed out on a lot with my oldest.

Good luck to you!
Reply:im not a teenage mother but my brother's girlfriend is expecting her first in september, where giving support because its going to get hard when the baby arrives
Reply:well my cousin had a baby at 17 aswell and now she has three todddlers at 21 so if i were you i wouldnt go to school and take high school courses at anytime either that or dump the baby at moms she'll be happy :P
Reply:Im 18, and my daughter was born november 6, 2007. Shes my life, and yeah, its hard but its totally worth it. I wasnt supposed to graduate until this may, but i graduated a year early so that i would be able to stay at home with her, and be with her all the time. Me and my daughters father are married, we got married shortly after we found out i was pregnant, and he has a very good job to support us. I hope that you have alot of support from family and friends. Hope all goes well with your pregnancy!
